How can I track my order?

  • Tracking information is available via the automated order confirmation (which was sent to you via the email address you provided) or when tracking number is available.

Beware of processing times: 

  • We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the Canada and US.
  • Once your payment is verified and processed, it can take 3-5 business days for your order to ship (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number (if available).   

No movement to tracking number?

  • If your tracking information shows no movement within 5 business days, please contact us at hello@gabrielaexpressions.com ASAP.

FOR E-BOOKS:

  • There are absolutely no refunds on E-book orders under any circumstance.
  • When a refund is requested for an E-book, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. Since they are delivered instantly to your email (by BookFunnel), our automated software does not allow refunds on E-books.
  • If you have any other issues with your ebook order, please contact hello@gabrielaexpressions.com

FOR AUDIOBOOKS:

  • Please refer to the refund policy of the platform you selected.

  • If the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them.
  • We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. 
  • We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.

We have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy for Physical Goods, starting from the day the item was received.

  • If a product arrives damaged or is faulty upon delivery, we offer a 100% refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For T-shirts: Please refer to the size chart provided on the product description to help you choose the best fit. As each t-shirt is custom-printed, returns due to incorrect size requested cannot be accepted.

The return process:

  • For returns, please email hello@gabrielaexpressions.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
  • Customer Support will provide instructions on where to send the returned goods.
  • Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email notifying them about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, it will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We utilize multiple shipping carriers* to deliver packages within Canada and the continental U.S.

Separate Shipments: 

  • Physical books and merchandise ship separately, so your items may arrive in different packages.

Shipping Times:

  • Local orders take 5-10 business days to be delivered after we ship them. We typically ship orders within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipment method you choose, and other factors.

Shipping Cost:

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $97.
  • For orders under $96, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your chosen delivery method, destination country, and the weight of your order.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse any shipments from Gabriela Casineanu (Author) / gabrielaexpressions.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.

* Please note that while some items in your order may arrive in Amazon packaging (shipped via Amazon to ensure efficient delivery), your purchase is still directly from our website, gabrielaexpressions.com. Therefore, all customer service inquiries, returns, and order-related questions should be directed to us at hello@gabrielaexpressions.com.

We offer a variety of secure payment options for both local and international customers, which you can select at checkout. These include:

A billing address is required for secure credit card processing, even for digital downloads.

  • Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you're ready to proceed with your order, go to the cart and click the "Checkout" icon (usually located in the top right corner).
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to provide your delivery information and select your preferred payment method.
  • We will ship your package within 5 business days of receiving your order.

All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant processor and promptly sent to production and shipment upon placement.

If you cancel your order after it has been sent to production and/or shipped:

  • The cancellation will be treated as a return, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
    Please see the section 'RETURN AND REFUNDS ON PHYSICAL GOODS (Printed Books, Merch, etc.)' above for details about returning an item.
  • The applicable cancellation fees (15% of the order total + $1.50 processing fee + applicable shipping and handling charges) and the original shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund.
