Shipping Information
We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within Canada and the continental USA.
Once your payment is verified and processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number (if available).
• Physical items usually ship within 3-5 business days after you place your order.
• E-books are delivered instantly to your email address. You'll receive a message from BookVault (the e-book delivery service).
Please ensure that correct abbreviations are used and your shipping information is entered accurately, as we are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer. We encourage you to include your email address in case we need to contact you regarding any issues with your order.
Please note that while some items in your order may arrive in Amazon packaging (shipped via Amazon to ensure efficient delivery), your purchase is still directly from the website of Gabriela Casineanu (Author), gabrielaexpressions.com. Therefore, all customer service inquiries, returns, and order-related questions should be directed to us at hello@gabrielaexpressions.com.
If a package is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s), minus the original shipping charge.
International Delivery
Please note that we currently only ship within Canada and the continental USA. Since delivery times vary, and we make our best effort to ship the item from the same country as your shipping address, when feasible.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the product(s), the shipping option you choose, and your destination address. You can find the actual shipping cost at checkout.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, the information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Gabriela Casineanu (Author) / gabrielaexpressions.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly to address the issue. Gabriela Casineanu (Author) / gabrielaexpressions.com is not responsible for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered and will not issue refunds or credits for such packages.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. However, as we process orders quickly and some items go into production shortly after placement, cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed and sent to production.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@gabrielaexpressions.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
Once an order has been processed, sent to production, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy (see the "RETURN AND REFUNDS ON PHYSICAL GOODS" on FAQ page) for more information and the applicable cancellation fees.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if available) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@gabrielaexpressions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refund Policy
Physical Products
When a refund is requested for a physical product and the return is approved, the product should be returned for the refund to be processed (minus any applicable fees, as detailed in the FAQ).
- For T-shirts: Please refer to the size chart for precise measurements to ensure the best fit. As each t-shirt is custom-printed, returns due to incorrect size requested cannot be accepted.
E-books
E-books are non-refundable. Once an e-book product is purchased, it is delivered instantly by BookFunnel to your email, and there is no way for the customer to return it. Therefore, our automated system does not allow refunds on e-book products. If you have any issues with your e-book product order, please contact hello@gabrielaexpressions.com.
Audiobooks
Please refer to the return policy of the platform where you made your purchase.
