As a psychologist, I feel very fortunate to have found this unique and inspiring book—not only for my clients but for myself. The beautiful photos invoke emotional and intellectual responses. The questions lead to insights and 'aha!' moments.

Among the self-help books that crowd the marketplace, I found this short book to be exceptionally inspiring. Meeting with Myself is a photo coaching book that makes the self-discovery/self-motivation process 'more tangible by combining visual images with powerful coaching questions to help people apply them meaningfully in their own lives.' Gabriela succeeds splendidly. This book has the deeply moving simplicity of a Japanese Zen garden. In 40 pages, it inspires readers to explore their own unanswered questions in fresh, stimulating ways, and act on what they discover. The range of images and related questions means that the book has the ability to touch diverse people, at different stages in their life journeys, in different, individual ways. I enthusiastically recommend this book because Casineanu arranges a meeting both parties will richly enjoy! This book deserves the Zen Buddhist applause of a single hand clapping!

Interesting and somehow impressive was Gabriela’s Photo-Coaching approach. The contrast between visible and invisible, the image background and words, material image compared to its energetic meaning. This YIN and YANG, so to say, transferred into thinking and translated as real by your inner guide—that inner sacred light that guides every human being. Bravo, Gabriela, you are able to distinguish this light. What you are doing proves it!

This is not a book in the traditional sense; it’s a tool for communicating with your own inner wisdom. I used this tool to coach myself through different types of questions—both personal and professional. It’s been an amazing tool no matter what question I posed. I'm really grateful to Gabriela Casineanu for creating this beautiful and useful tool, and pushing the envelope on what a 'book' can be and how it can function in our lives. Bravo!

The book helped me realize that I was in full transition and transformation and that there are two parts of my life. The first one full of struggles, and the second one more serene—which helped me to regain hope!
