I'd read Gabriela's first book, and knew she was a spiritual person, but I really had no idea what to expect from her artwork. I approached this book with curiosity and a little trepidation. Well, I needn't have worried. From the moment the images graced my screen, I was blown away by the beauty and power of the colors and designs, as well as the emotions and energies they evoked in me. Each painting is accompanied by a snippet of wisdom that you can use (or not) as a gateway to your experience of the painting or as a meditative device. Spiritual Concepts made me want to try my own hand at painting, to see what might come forth through that creative channel. I anticipate revisiting this book many times for inspiration, relaxation, stimulation, and reflection.
