Awaken Your Introvert Strengths: Self-Coaching Journal for Reflection and Growth (the journal's story)

It’s easier to blame others, the team’s atmosphere, the organizational culture, the society ...

However, blaming just adds an extra mental burden—making us even less prone to finding solutions.

While extroverts perform better in noisy and competitive environments than introverts, that doesn’t mean introverts have to force themselves to be like them. They just need a different, authentic approach to make valuable contributions.

For several years now, I have talked about the valuable introvert strengths. Because I strongly believe the world will be better if it creates environments where both extroverts and introverts thrive.

Recently, tired of clarifying what the introvert strengths are every time someone sees “Introverts Academy,” I decided to create the journal Awaken Your Introvert Strengths: Self-Coaching Journal for Reflection and Growth. So I can direct people to it for more details (and preserve my energy, I’m an introvert too!).

Little I knew that my coaching “hat” and my creativity would shake hands to create something much more useful than a simple journal that lists 100+ introvert strengths: a versatile, structured process to go from feeling overwhelmed or confused to clarity and confident problem-solving using some of those strengths (depending on each situation).

With its clarifying insights and prompts for each strength mentioned, plus a framework to tackle any challenging situation from the perspective of how these strengths can help, this journal became:

  • A “Swiss Army” toolkit for overcoming challenging situations using the introvert strengths in a more structured way
  • A reflection and self-coaching tool for introverts who feel overwhelmed and look for new ways of dealing with a situation without spending their mental energy blaming
  • An educational tool for those who know little about introversion
  • A guided journal for those who like journaling and exploring from different perspectives (past, present, future, and systemic view)
  • A handy resource for therapists, coaches, counsellors, HR professionals ...
  • And ... a thoughtful gift for introverts (and not only)!
"A beautiful, reflective guide that helps you understand your quiet power with clarity and compassion. I loved the practical prompts and how each chapter encourages deeper self-awareness without judgment. It’s a gentle, empowering resource for anyone ready to embrace their introverted nature with confidence." ~ Saousanne

The journal "Awaken Your Introvert Strengths" is now published as a paperback (8.5''x11'') on Amazon and as an ebook (with a printable, downloadable Companion Journal) here, on my books website.

“That’s too much,” someone said looking at the journal's Table of Contents. “Seeing the list of 136 strengths is overwhelming for me. I need something more specific that relates to my current, painful experience.”

I heard you. That’s exactly why I created a live, focused workshop—to "walk" you through this simple, structured process for the first time. And I trust you can use it anytime later without feeling overwhelmed. Plus, webinar attendees also get a free copy of the digital bundle "Awaken Your Introvert Strengths" (ebook and its printable Companion Journal).

The webinar From Overwhelmed to Clarity and Confidence: A Structured Way to Solve Your Workplace Challenges Using Your Introvert Strengths is for introverted professionals who:

  • Often feel misunderstood or overwhelmed in their workplace
  • Noticed that their valuable insights and strengths are overlooked
  • Leave meetings tired, knowing they have more to offer but didn’t get a chance.

Also, for those who are open to challenging their perspectives (without changing who they are)—to overcome these challenges by using their strengths and the structured framework I designed based on 19 years of coaching experience.

Is this specific enough to resonate with? :-)
